I have a new employee with us who is with us for 3 months after confirmation.
If say, he has taken 7 days leaves.
But now he wants to resign, do we deduct his leaves ?
I really can't find anything in the Employment Act that you can do that. What you should have done was to grant no pay leave when he applied to take leave. Why not you give a call to the
to what they say.
