We received a time slip from an employee who is still under probation (3 mths period) for pregnancy check up. (From 8.30 a.m to 11.45 a.m.). She clocked in around 12.30 pm. Can the company deduct half day pay?
Can we terminate this employee while she is still under probation? She has been working for 2 mths now. Pls. advise.

On probation or not, time slip is not a MC.

Regarding the time slip that we received from the employee that she clock in around 12.30 pm. Is it against the law that we deduct 1/2 day pay from her salary?
