We received a time slip from an employee who is still under probation (3 mths period) for pregnancy check up. (From 8.30 a.m to 11.45 a.m.). She clocked in around 12.30 pm. Can the company deduct half day pay?
Can we terminate this employee while she is still under probation? She has been working for 2 mths now. Pls. advise.
