I joined this company on 02/05/2013 and I took unpaid leave from 31May to 11Jun 2013 for overseas holiday. This is a 5 days week company.

1) May I know what is the total days should my salary to be deducted?
2) If the staff resign during her probation period, does she entitle for any annual?

1, It should be 12 days weekends included.
2. Prorated to the month of completed service.

Thanks for the reply.

Why is weekend included because I am a full time monthly paid staff?
Should be deducted for 8 days only? Moreover 1st June is a Public holiday and Saturday & Sunday is not a working day.

You have no right to take unpaid leave. It is up to the employer to approve or not. If they didn't exclude your rest days you are lucky. You can ask the Labour Office about it whether your unpaid leave from 31/5 to 11 June should exclude rest days or not. If they say must exclude rest days then tell your employer about it.
