Miss R start to work at a company at 03/09/2013,as this company new program, management trainee,whereby she Is bind with 1year contract. Contract mention if she break the left the company within one year,she will need to pat certain amount. Probation for 6months,but today is already 01/07/2013. In next two days, it gonna be 10months. But until today she haven't get any confirmation yet. The contract does state the management reserve the right to extend the probation period for 3 more month. But even extend it already exceeded isn't it? And none of the people in the company inform her that her probation period will be extend. Can Miss R take any legal action to this company? Is she a free labor? In contract stated she suppose to have certain training but she didn't get all of it just some of it, isn't this call cheating? Contract also stated she suppose to get minimum 10% increment after she confirm but this is the 10th month and she haven't been confirm, and no notice that her probation get extended. Can she claim back her increment for the past few months?

It would be better for Miss R to consult her HR department about it first to find out where she actually stand.

She did ask her HR after the first 6month and the answer she get from HR is she need to wait until may because the company will do the increment for the whole company. She waited till June, but seem like nothing happened, now already the 10th month. She got no responses even ask asked. Any ideas what she should do?

She can just continue working as usual and wait like other employees for the salary adjustment to come. She is not the only one affected, I suppose.

She is the only one among all the others management trainee. Others salary is increase for one month already.

If other management trainees got their increment and confirmation while R has not, then R may not be up to management expectations yet. R can discuss the issue with the HR department.
