There must be some agreement between the company and the college that sends the intern. Read the terms and conditions. If he is an not employee of the company, you may not have to follow the law about minimum pay, EPF and SOCSO. But be careful about have interns. If accident happens, who is going to be responsible. You should get advice from the Labour Department
