my company organised a monthly sport activities for employee e.g: bowling, badminton, table tennis, fishing. However, organiser collect a participant fee RM5.00 from each participant.
as i understanding this is under welfare activity which company provided to employee. why they collect the fee from employee.
how i m going to ask companies abolish or waive this collection. any rules and term in employee regulation.

You may not want to participate in sport activities but others may want it. If you don't want to participate in any of those activities, you can just refuse to pay can't you? I don't think you are in the position to ask for it to be abolished.
