Re: annual leave encashment for PT employee
which monthly salary should be considered in the below scenario:
EE terminated in Nov’16
EE was full time employee from Jan’16 to May’16 – Monthly salary RM 5000.00
EE moved to part time from June’16 to Nov’16 – Monthly salary RM 3000.00
As per our understanding it should be the latest salary received at the time of termination – ie. on RM 3000.00.
Is there any specific document related to payment to part time employees that you can share?
