解雇员工可以是without limitation ?

Even you put in such a clause, you still have to follow proper procedure in accordance with Section 14 of the Employment Act, before you come to that decision. That means you have to conduct a domestic inquiry(DI) first.

That clause is not good. don't put if possible.
