Since you have not completed 5 months (a few days short), I think your company may be right to calculate it based on 4 months instead of 5. You can ask the Labour Department see what they say about it.
Hi, let's say i joining more than 2 years and last day will be 30 Nov 2016. Given resignation letter date is 01 Nov 2016. I entitle 12 days AL per year. If prorated will be 11/12 x 12 = 11. but my company just give me 10 days (10/12 x 12) only. Please advice.
