We are having unfixed Rest Day system in our organization. if a staff tendered his notice. The last working day supposing on 31 March 2013.
The staff would like to give short notice, which her last working on 25 March 2013. On 26 - 29 March, she applied for Annual Leave and 30 March, she applied for unpaid leave. On 31 March 2013 is her scheduled Rest day.
a, if i approve her Annual Leave and unpaid leave, does she entitle to her rest day pay?
b. if i approve her Annual Leave only. She should compensate 1 day short notice. What about her Rest day on 31 March? Does she entitle to her pay?
