Hi, i would like to ask how many leave to pay on if that person gave his resignation letter on 17.6.16 with 2 months notice so his last day will be fall on 17.8.16 but his company asked him left the company by 30.6.16. He still got entitlement of 16 days annual leave per year which not yet use any of it. So can i know the company should pay back the unused leave was how many days? Please advice. Thanks

You can check the leave record see what is the leave balance up to the date of termination of service. If you are the employee, check with your HR department.

This year he totally dint use his annual leave at all and he entitle to get 16 days leave for this year of 2016. So can i know the calculation that he entitle to get how many days leave which he gave his resignation letter on 17.6.16 with 2 months notice which he last day will fall on 17.8.16 but his company prefer he go off on 30.6.16 without contra with his annual leave. Kindly please advice.

1. His salary should be paid up to 17/8/16 if he was asked to leave on 30/6.
2. Leave should be calculated up to the day he put in the termination of service notice i.e. 17/6./16.
