Re: Salary Calculation

Hi Mr. KL Siew

If for the month of June'16 payroll pick up as 30 days, it is the company still need to pay saturday & sunday wages?

There is a staff tender resignation on the 30th May 2016, and company decided to early release the staff and compensate 14 days salary in lieu to him. So the calculation as below is correct or not.

4500/30*14
or
4500/26*10

Looking forward for your prompt reply.

Regards

Hi Mr. KL Siew,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

So if the staff go to labour office to lodge complaint, is the company guilty for not paying them Sat & Sun wages?
