Re: Employee didnt turn out to work on the Nuzul Al-Quran which gazetted as working day

My employer has gazette Nuzul Al-Quran is a working day, if the employee did not turn out to work for this day, what are the treatment to that particular employee:-
1) deduct a day ANL
2) deduct a day salary
What is the lawful way to handle this case that not impacted the employer?
