My staff is 61 years old now and still working as permanent staff with my company. Due to our retirement age is 60 years old, please advice the following:
1) Do my staff need to sign the contract of service (on yearly renewable basic) which she is already attained the retirement age?
2) If the contract of service is required, do we need to backdate the effective date from her 60th birthday?
3) Do you have the sample of the contract of service after retirement age?
