Re: No Cert

Dear Siew,

When I was offered a job by this company, they said they will send me for 4 times training and with the training, I would have to work for them 2 years else I would have to pay back the training expenses. I had signed on the offer letter as well but I misplaced it.

Due to family personal matter, I had to resign and I had paid my company the training fees as it is writing in the offer letter.
Now I would like to request for the training cert but they said cert only to be given upon completing the 4 times training session.

What can I do as the training fees is not cheap.

It is quite possible that trainer will not issue any certificate to those who did not complete the course. I don't think there is much you can do about it.

in that case, possible to obtain back the training fees or ask for refund?

Could I back back the offer letter from the employers and ask them to breakdown the costing?

You can consult a lawyer see whether anything can be done to get back your money.
