Dear Mr Siew

We have an employee who is habitually on sick leave, 1 to 4 days sick leave for a month. He is holding a post of Head of Section and he is also appointed as a Chairman Worksite Committee (Union). Most of his reason on sick leave is "Gastric" or "sakit perut". His habitually in taking sick leave caused affect the production progress. My questions are
1) what action shall we need to take against on his sick leave
2) downgrade procedures

You can't do that as long as he produces valid MC.
