Does the company need to compensate part-time staff too?
Calculation same as full time staff?
If not work more than a year, for example 3 months, then daily pay amount X 10 X 0.3?

Because the shop is closing down, then need to retrench some staffs, so part-time also need compensation?

He is not entitled to termination benefit as he has worked for less than a year. However, he must be given one month notice or one month salary if he is terminated immediately.
