Re: Confirmation letter and resignation period

Our company issue confirmation letter for employee just status the employee have complete the probation period and the offer and benefit remain unchanged. This letter signed by the Director but not both party (Director & Employee). Now the employee tender a resignation letter, can consider the confirmation is invalid and accept the resignation in a short notice?

The employee is considered as confirmed and there is nothing invalid about it.
