Hi Mr.Siew,

Staff suppose to serve for 2 mths resignation notice but requested to quit early.

Question:
What is the effective date if resignation letter received via email after office working hour? (Resignation letter dated 25/01/16)

Question:
When is the last working day if staff still have 8days unutilise annual leave?

Question:
What is the actual formula for computation of 8 days short notice?
i.e. Basic Salary / 26days or Basic Salary / 30 or 31days

Question:
What is the correct calculation for monthly allowance of RM280.00 if staff suppose to work until 24.03.16 but requested to leave on 15.03.16?

In my opinion:
1. 25/1/16 is the one.
2. 24/3/16 and minus 8 days will be 15/3/16. Salary be paid up to 24/3
3. By 31 days
Allowance calculated up to 24/3.
