Re: Resignation Letter
I have tendered my Resignation letter (hardcopy) to my CEO on 4 Jan 2016. The CEO told me not to tender another copy to HR as he wants to keep it hush hush till he found a replacement.
My concern is, he may turn back and says he didn't not receive my hardcopy on 4 Jan. So, I emailed a soft copy to the CEO and Finance Director.
Question 1: Is Acknowledgment Letter of Acceptance of Resignation letter is mandatory by law? If there's no Letter of Acceptance, I still can leave after serving 2 months notice?
