Manager A wants to apply Annual Leave and worked less than 12 months but my boss allowed.
Manager B who worked more than 12 months and wants to apply Annual Leave but my boss doesn't allow.
Both of them are not confirmed yet.
Actually Manager B is entitled for 8 days Annual Leave (followed Labour Law) since worked more than 12 months. But in my company, for Manager level, it is starting from 14 days Annual Leave, is it means Manager B is entitled for 14 days Annual Leave or just 8 days?
For Manager A's case, can I take it as advance annual leave since boss approved already? Then, when Manager A worked more than 12 months, I deduct the advance annual leave directly?
