Re: REPOSITION & SALARY REDUCING
Due to unsuitability of our current HOD from Customer Service Department, my boss decided to reassign her position to Executive and transfer her to our Purchasing Department.
She is willing to accept this special arrangement and her basic salary will be reduced because she is no longer HOD.
Is it alright if we issue her letter of appointment with new terms and conditions of her employment with us in order to protect us from any labour complaints in future due to reducing of basic salary. Or, is that any better way?
