Re: Forced resignation

My employer request me to resign as they have no projects coming for me. The employment contract mentioned that need 3 months noticed period for any parties termination but we are verbally agreed to settle in 2 month notice. If I tender the resign letter, do I have a risk to get sue or required to pay for the compensation? How can I do legally to ensure no violation and unnecessary issues happened?

To avoid all that, I think you should not resign as requested. The company should give you 3 months notice instead. If they don't, they will have to pay 3 months salary as compensation to you.
