The staff had tendered his resignation on 9/10/15 with 2 months notice.
As such, his last day should be 8/12/15. However, he had balance of pro rata 13 days Annual Leaves & 6 days Replacement leaves (RL). He worked on shift work until 12/11/15 (Half morning) and 13/11/15 & 14/11/15 (Off & rest), and from 15/11 as RL and 16/11 (Rest day). From 17/11 to 21/11 take as RL, 22/11 (AL) & 23/11 (Rest day), from 24/11 to 29/11 as RL, 30/11 (Rest day), from 1/12 to 8/12 (AL).
He asked why we do not follow a duty roster where he is will be entitled for 1 off & 1 rest day. We do not plan any duty roster but just follow one (1) rest day for him as he did not work any extra hours to entitle for the off day. Is it correct. Please advise urgently.
