Re: What I will get if I not accept same benefits offer letter ?

Moxxxxxx Penang had sale production plant to Saxxxxx that
announce on internal town hall meeting on 13th October 2015.

Moxxxxxx will ending business on 31st December 2015.

Saxxxxx will operate this production plant on 1st January 2016.

I just receive Saxxxxx offer letter with same benefits on 19th October 2015 and
must agree to sign within 7 working then will be valid.

Moxxxxxx will terminate all employees on December 2015 due to ending business on 31st December 2015.

All agree to sign Saxxxxx offer letter will continue to work on 1st January 2016.

Question:-

What I will get if I not accept Saxxxxx offer letter and
will Moxxxxxx pay me after termination me?

Should I sue Moxxxxxx make termination me without violate reason and
how much I should spend for the courts?

Can I win on this case,please stated for me?

EMPLOYMENT (TERMINATION AND LAY-OFF BENEFITS) REGULATIONS 1980

(2) An employee shall not be entitled to any termination benefits payment if -
(a) his contract of service is renewed, or he is re-engaged by the same employer under a new contract of service on terms and conditions which are not less favourable; and
(b) the renewal or re-engagement takes effect immediately on the ending of his employment under the previous contract;

Analysis on the above Labour Law Statement (2)(a) is not related on this case.
(2)(b) have some relation on this case but still have doubt for most people
if not agree to sign within 7 working days.

Just jump to (3)(b)Labour Law Statement:-

(3)(b) the renewal or re-engagement would take effect on or before the date with effect from which his services are to be terminated, and the employee has unreasonably refused that offer.

Now this Labour Law Statement will very clear for most people what to do if refused that offer.
That is ,this employee shall not be entitled to any termination benefits payment.
