Hi Mr.Siew,

One of our company's staff whom under probation period, already taken 14days mc due to her leg was injured. After 14days mc, she requested for unpaid leave until she fully recover back and she did not give a specific day when she able to work.

She is with our front line office and we are facing manpower shortage when she wasn't around, we need to get replacement to carry on her duties. Can the company terminate her or any other solution?

Please advise

To get unpaid leave, She still must get MC from Dr to state that she is still unfit for work after the 14 days sick leave. Without MC, she must resume work.
