One of my staff has back pain, now having continuous mc for a year.
1. Do Company must pay salary to him every month - pay number of rest day?
2. Do Company has to pay medical bill to him?
3. By Law .. How to terminate him? because contiguously cannot come to work

You mean he could not work for one year?
1. Yes, rest days, holidays must be paid.
2. The Employment Act has no provision requiring employers to foot medical bills.
3. If he cannot work for so long, consult SOCSO whether he can be medically boarded out.
