Hi, morning:

Can we immediately terminate staff who still under 3 mths probation?
Terminate reason is due to not honest to her work.

If you think she has committed misconduct for being not honest, you should first give her a show cause letter to answer for the offence before taking such a drastic action.

But Head Of Dept already have verbally discussion with her few week ago, but today she still lies to management.

Yes, the more you should give her a show cause letter telling her why she should not be dismissed for the ôlies". Give her a week to respond to the letter.

Hi, After we give the show cause letter to her, she still continues not honest to us, She still lies to us on her absent of reason . Before we receive the explanation from her, can we just terminate her??
