A staff tender on 08/02/2013. Notice of termination is 2 months.
He wants to serve 1 month notice and pay the salary in lieu 1 month.
May i know his annual leave entitlement should calculate until when? 07/04/2013 or 07/03/2013?
I tend to agree it is 7/3. If still not sure, consult the Labour Office.
