Hi,
Is an under probation staff entitle to paid annual leave and sick leave? do we need to deduct his fixed allowance?

Annual leave, NO. Must complete 12 month of service. Sick leave, Yes.

I still under probation If I give resignation letter on Monday(27/04/2015) and my notice period is 7days in my offer letter.That means I need to work until 04/05/2015 or 03/05/2015?
I will not able to work on Thrusday 30/04/2015 and I inform my employer on that she said I need to pay back company due to not complete of notice period( she consider I work until 29/04/2015) but 01/05/2015 till 04/05/2015 are public holiday and not I don't want work to complete the notice period. Should I pay to the company on this situation.
