Re: Termination when still under probation.
My probation period to be told was 3months(January-March) and i received termination letter after almost 2 months(February) of probation.
The question is, the termination notice given by the company was 24hours notice. And the company paid me the full basic salary (not included OT) of February. Is there any problem with this? Is it the company should give atleast 2weeks notice and compensate atleast 1month salary? I'm sorry because I really understand and need help with this.
And also the reason given by the manager was they found that hiring a no experience employee to work with them was their big mistake. They thought it could work but it turns out the other way and so they don't want to waste my time anymore. With the reason they gave me, I felt that it is really unfair and ridiculous because my superior rarely guide me on what to do as they promised on the day when the offer letter was given. And when my superior gave me the termination letter, she told me that she will announce to all the staff that it was me myself wanted to resign.
I don't know what can i claim from this. I'm so helped and lost now. Please help me.
