Hi,

Our company practice issue a letter "Resignation of Short Notice" to those workers resign short notice or abscond attached together
'calculation notice of demands'. That's all and no further follow-up.

This practise has encouraged many workers resign at short notice and even 24 hours resign. This has jeorpardized our company's system and affected many people.

Need to put a stop on this. I need to follow-up and can I involve IR on this matter? Please advise next step to be taken.

This is your company's own problem. The HR department seems to be weak and unable to tackle the issue. You can always pay personal visits to the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department, talk to the officers there and get some official advice as to the sort of action you can or you should take.
