Re: termination during probation period without a solid reason

Scenario: officially employed on the 1st November as stated in the offer letter and without notice or memo, receive a termination letter on the 30th November .. By the company manager.. Ask any solid reason on the termination and the reason given was "company boss decision ". Anyone can help if this ia a valid reason for termination ? And I don't think it is fair for me.

No need to ask for reasons. You just go to the Labour Department and a complaint against the employer. Let them investigate.
