Re: Unfair treatment from management
I'm holding a position assistant manager in a Japanese company.
I've been facing discrimination and unfair treatment from a Japanese management holding a position of GM.
He have been kept picking on me throughout the years. As recently the management is setting new target for 2015,
He keep complaining to my manager that I did not perform my duties, where the truth is that, I have achieve my target since the first quater of the year (Where I think he didn't realise), Eventhough i have achieve my target early of the year, but I still continue.
As for 2015 target, he set a 34% higher target (Which I'm fine with it), with a weekly report (This is where i don't like because I'm the only one who need to give the report).
In addition, there is a colleague of mine where he hold the same position and same department with me have no target at all, not even reports.
So, I will be very grateful if you are able to advice me on the option available for me.
