Dear Mr Siew

Staff tender 2 month notice resignation wef 20/8/14 and last day 19/10/14. He indicated his intention resigned on 30.9.14. Short notice of 19 days but he had balance Annual leave 7 days. How to calculate his short notice?

Then you can get him to pay back 12 days salary as indemnity for short notice.
