Would like to enquiry about the Salary Calculation. My staff salary is RM2600. He tender his resignation letter on 23rd-Sept-2014 without provide any notice. Based on our Employment Contract, he should provide 1 week notice after probation. So the salary calculation is
1) RM2600 / 30days (Sept) x 16 days (23days - 7days) = RM1387
2nd Scenario RM2600 Salary. He tender letter on 23rd-Sept-2014. 21st & 22nd Sept he didn't come to work due to EL. We consider as (Unpaid Leave) due to the Annual leave is finish. Then how's the Salary Calculation.
1)Rm2600 / 30days (Sept) x 12days (1st Sept to 19th-Sept) - 7days = RM1040
