Would like to enquiry about the Salary Calculation. My staff salary is RM900. WE hire on 7/4/2014 and his resignation on 14/5/2015 without provide any notice. and any resignation letter. On April salary already paid to staff but May'15 salary not yet pay , May i know how the salary calculation ? This staff still under observation period. And Can I deduct 1 week salary for without notice ?
1) RM900 / 30days (May'15) x 11 days (14days - 1day labour day-2 day sunday)
1) RM900 / 30days (May'15) x 4 days (14days - 1day labour day-2 day sunday -7 days without notice)
