Re: Salary revised to RM900/- per month

Dear Mr Siew

The Company had issued letters to employees informing them that their salary had been increased to the min wage of RM900/- and there is a clause which states that "your other terms and conditions of employment will remains unchanged"

Initially these workers basic salary are only RM250/- per month and their notice period is one (1) day .

Question :

Can we now issue another letter to the employee to inform them that their notice period is one month for confirmed employees and two weeks unconfirmed employees.

Yes, give each of them a letter stating the new terms and conditions of service.
