worker being overpaid salary for Nov'13. Already inform him verbally and he agree to pay cash. Do the company need to issue letter to him regarding the overpayment?
Then you can deduct the overpayment from his next salary or spread out over a few months in the amount of overpayment is too large.
how about if overpaid allowance from June'13 to Nov' 13 ??
The over payment must be the one paid by mistake.
