An employee took leave for 3 weeks. She has used up her annual leave. Her gross salary after deduct the 3 weeks leave is below RM1200.00.
Is she still entittled to RM1200.00 for the month?
2 scenarios during FMCO and not during FMCO.
In my opinion, that has nothing to do with the minimum wages. She did not work and therefore no wage earned. You still can try to consult the Labour Department and see what they say. Give them a call.
