Our company bonus is according to the rating of appraisal. E.g. if my appraisal is A means I will get RM300 of increment, B will get RM200 so on and so forth. I was given B for performance of year 2012, and I am expecting RM200 increment in year 2013. But I was just given RM120. I asked the HR department, they said it's because of my salary is already at the maximum for my position, and I do not have promotion, so they can only increase RM120 at the end. Can they do so?

Yes, the HR department can do that and they have to do that. Not all, whether A, B or C will get according the scales. The top management and the HR have the final say. Many of your colleagues will face the same situation like yours if you ask around.

My boss request me to draft a memo regard yearly bonus provision as follow;
As example;
Total MC taken in full calender year 15 days
Total emergency leave in full calender year 5 days
it means that he used 365 days to deduct 20 days calculate out total attendance percentage of 94.53% x monthly salary
it is legal for the decision

i have submit my resignation letter around sep 2018 but boss request top extend to feb 2019 due to short of new staff replacement.
can i request mu bonus for year 2018 if boss refuse to paid
