1) If staff went on leave without approval (AWOL), can company considered the absence as unpaid leave?

2) Can company revise and reduce the number of annual leave entitlement for all employees? Is consent required from employees? or company need to inform JTK?

1. Yes, should be treated as no pay leave and also give a warning, verbally or in writing.
2. If you do that without the consent of the employees, to me, it is breach of the terms of the contract, if the leave entitlement is stated in their contract of service. Consult the Labour Department JTK and see what they say.
