Re: Employee status before or after employment date
Can employer considered a new hired candidate as employee before the employment date/ new join date effective?
Eg, the contract of service is start from 1st May 2021, should the employer considered the candidate as "employee" as long as the candidate sign the contract? or start from 1st May 2021?
Before commencing working on 1/5, in my opinion, he is not yet an employee of the company.
