1) Can a company set a rule for not reimbursement cost of medical for employees who are under probation? and sick leave consider as unpaid leave for probationary employeers?

The Employment Act only mentions about examination fee and not medical expenses.In large hospitals, there separate their fees as consultation and medical fee. If the company has a policy of pay workers medical fees, they usually set a limit to the amount of medical expenses for them.
