Hi,would like to know company has an activity where employees may get reward or punishment base on report every week without consent from employees.Employees need to back to office to get punishment arrange by company mostly is to tidy up office during off work time, if not will deduct salary and bonus.May I know does company has the right to do so?Please advise,thank you.

Will you give some examples how the weekly report works and what sort of matters usually reported in the weekly report that are entitled to reward or punishment? It seems to me quite an unusual practice.

Thank you for the reply,we are online customer service by chatting and will have rating by customers,they will give reward and punishment base on highest and lowest 5 stars get in a week.

My my, that's a very complex system. I won't say whether the company has the right to do that or not. But I may say is when such thing happened to the employees, like cleaning up office or got salary deducted, the employee concerned can bring the matter up with the Labour Department and let them look into the matter.
