I would like to know what kind of action i should take against for the employee who stay back in the office after working hours instead of doing the assigned duty but is doing some other job for other company.
For a start, you can try:
1. Tell him to go home after the end of the day's work:
2. Give him written warning about doing job for other company and warn him not to do again.
