Dear Sirs,

We got female employee was on early pregnancy stage and keep on taken MC due to morning sickness. Now she is requested for unpaid leave from company till she "fit to work"

Despite her unpaid leave been rejected by company and notice her via email/phone, however she was not turn up to work.

May we terminating her service due to frustrate of contract?

I think it would be better to write to her asking her to come back for work in xxx days time, failing which she would be deemed to have broken the contract of service and her service will be terminated.
Apart from this, I think you can give a call to the Labour Department and discuss the issue with the officer there and get an official advice as to what proper action to be taken.
