1. If a company current working hour:-
Mon - Thursday & Saturday 8;00am - 5:15pm (45 mins break)
Fri 8;00am - 6:15pm (1 hr 45 mins break)
Is the company breaking the law and what should the company do?
2. The company wish to change to 5 days week as follow:-
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 6:00 pm (1 hr break) ---> total working hour 9hrs/day
Can the company not to pay OT for 1hr working time from 5:00pm - 6pm? Because total
working hours/week = 5days x 9hrs=45hrs/wk which is not against the law!
