I have a worker who is still under probation, but he had been taking leave alot.
He had an accident on a Sunday and taken 2 weeks MC. Can he fully claim the 2 weeks MC or MC is under Pro-rated?
Unlike annual leave, Sick leave entitlement is based on calendar year and therefore cannot be prorated.
Including workers that is still under probation?
Yes, that's correct, even on the first day of joining.
