Re: Voluntary early retirement
I wish to get advice from you for the below situation:-
My Company has offered a voluntary early retirement scheme for Mr A. He will be reaching mandatory retirement age on 27 August 2021.In view of this, his existing employment contract will be terminated with effect from 01 Sept 2020 and at the same time, he will continue to be employed under contract basis until 27 August 2021.
Do we need to submit any forms to the Labour Office, IRB or other relevant authorities pertaining to the above? Any notice period required to submit the necessary forms?
